Samantha Wallace is the founder and owner of Sam's Construction Company. Together, with her husband Matt, they run a locally owned, licensed, and insured construction company serving the Mid-South. As a minority woman in a traditionally male-dominated industry, Samantha launched her business with a clear mission: to deliver exceptional craftsmanship while showing other women and girls that there is space for them at every table, including the construction site.

An Ole Miss alumna, Samantha combines strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, bringing both precision and heart to every project. Her company specializes in roofing, residential renovations, and small commercial build outs.

Beyond business, Samantha is a devoted wife to Matt and mom to two young boys. She believes in leading by example... in her home, her company, and her community. She currently serves as a board member for Grace House of Memphis, where she advocates for women to access addiction support, treatment, and opportunity without financial barriers. She serves as a Special Needs Buddy in the children's ministry at Mission Church where she and her family are members. Additionally, she is active at her boys' school where she serves on multiple committees and sits on the Parents' Association Board.

Samantha’s approach is simple: operate with integrity, build with excellence, and serve with purpose. Samantha is passionate about showing the next generation, especially young girls, that leadership, skill, and faith can coexist powerfully in any industry.
